Cindy Strube is the Gas Compliance Specialist for Midwest Energy Inc. where she has worked for 23 years. Cindy has served on the United Way Board for the last two years and also serves on Care Council. She volunteered to serve on the board because of how many lives United Way has touched through the community partners. She believes in the positive impact that agencies have made to help people in need in Ellis County.
