Melissa Miller serves as the Ellis County Health Department Director and brings more than a decade of experience in public health and community outreach. As a public health leader, she is passionate about connecting people, services, and resources to strengthen communities. United Way does a beautiful job of bringing those ideas together and she is excited to be involved in this way.
